14 days warranty

You can return the products purchased from www.mirelapellegrini.ro within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without having to justify the return decision.

How do I return my product?

  1. Request a return form at the email address: office@mirelapellegrini.ro
  2. Fill in the return form
  3. Attach the printed form to the package (preferably put it in an envelope for protection during transport).

Return policy

The MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO client may return the products purchased through a Contract, in the following situations:

  • The product that does not comply with the specifications on the webpage, and to the customer’s instructions
  • Packages with severe damage
  • Products that were delivered incorrectly
  • Products that have erroneously ordered sizes

The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products as per O.U.G no. 34/2014, pbetween individuals who purchase products from sites, using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.U.G no. 34/2014.

The customer is obligated to notify MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO, of his intention to return the purchased products, by any means of written communication (e-mail / fax / etc) to office@mirelapellegrini.ro, ) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products and / or services, in the case of art. 13.a.5. The customer is obliged to notify MIRELA PELLEGRINI.RO, of his intention to replace the purchased products, according to art. 13.a.4, by any means of communication (e-mail / telephone / etc) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products and / or services, in accordance with art. 13.a.5.

The customer who notified MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO according to art. 13.a.2 / art. 13.a.3, has the responsibility to ensure that the products he referred to will be returned to MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of sending the notification, otherwise MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO considering the request unfounded / invalid.

The MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO client cannot return the products purchased through a Contract, and / or cannot claim any other damages / compensations, for the following purposes or situations:

  • Replacement of the purchased product with another product with other specifications or of a different type, except for the situation provided in art. 13.a.4.
  • The return request in case of art. 13.a.2 or 13.a.3 caused by any situation provided in 13.1 has the date of dispatch that exceeds the period of 14 calendar days provided according to art. 13.1.5, from the working day following the date of the honored contract.
  • In case of returning the product with one of the causes declared in art. 13.1, the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).
  • In case of reimbursement of the value of the product, this will be done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, by bank transfer.
  • In case of replacement of the product with an identical one, according to 13.1.4, the replacement will be made under the conditions and limits of a normal order.
  • If the returned Customer has returned a product in accordance with the provisions of art. 13.1.4, and MIRELAPELLEGRINI.RO does not have an identical product for replacement, it will offer the customer the value of the product in accordance with 13.6.

The equivalent value of the additional services, including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the client, is not reimbursed.
