Order confirmation

We will call you to confirm the order and to establish the delivery details within 24 hours.

For products in stock, after order confirmation, delivery takes approximately:

• 3 – 5 working days for orders placed during the week or on weekends
• for the rest of the products, the delivery time is set at the time of order confirmation.

If the delivery time changes, you will be informed both by phone and by e-mail.

Order delivery

• Delivery is provided by a courier operator with national coverage.
• Delivery is FREEin all cities in Romania for orders over 300 lei.

If the destination address is outside the coverage of the courier operator, an additional mileage fee will be charged.

For orders less than 300 lei, a fixed transport cost of 19 lei is charged. To this cost is added the fixed cost charged by the courier agency per additional kilometer if the place of delivery is not within the reach of the courier agency. These charges are valid both for transport through the selected courier agency and for dedicated transport.
